Why are You against the Gujjars? in a country where every caste is devided against the other , where reservations are the rule why should they not resort to blackmail?(A few generations down the line even Brahmins/Upper castes will have to resort to such nonsense or perish) These, Arson, Strikes,Bandhs etc are the only languages our power hungry politicians understand. Such forums like this one are only for impotent people like you and me(who are educated and their stomachs are full - can never unite/fight).
