Its a fight between OBCs

Its a monster unleashed by VP Singh. When supposed "forward castes" started agitation, nobody cared.
Now, OBCs are fighting amongst themselves. After Arjun Singh's new proposal, the situation has become even worse.
AND THE VIOLENCE IS NOW GOING TO SPREAD TO EVERY PART OF INDIA, WHERE THOSE GROUPS WHO ARE NOT GETTING BENEFIT IS GOING TO RESORT TO VIOLENCE.
One solution is to effect 'creamy layer exclusion', and make a composite index based on economic, social and many other disabilities.
As per Indian constitution as well, the deal was not supposed to be ONLY BASED ON CASTE either.
Will Indian politicians have courage to do these changes?
