your concerns are unfounded ... perhaps you suffer from US phobia which is due to your limited knowledge of this deal.
The deal with US is actually in India's interest ... somehow, Indians are being led to believe that it is not and some gullible people are falling for it. Guys, wake up. India is not being asked to sign NPT.
Yes, US needs India to sell its technology and India needs this technology to keep up with its growth. This will help India provide cheaper and reliable source of energy and also a resource to further its nuclear strength.
All this without having to sign any NPT. What can be better?
Don't pay attention to concerns shown by Brijesh Mishra or Jaswant Singh. BJP would have done the same thing had they been in office and congress leaders would have opposed them then. It's all politics guys. Don't fall for this.
