Isn't it time India drafts and puts an Act in place to protect its sovereignty? Anything that is full of too many ifs and buts and requires multiple layers of complex and cumbersome negotiations with international ramifications does not work in the long run.Anything based on mistrust takes the shape of a 'deal' which is different from an agreement based on mutual respect.
