Being citizen of India, if not born in Arunachal, cant purchase land ther..this is our great democracy..same Uncommon Indian Civil Code in Kashmir has brought great 'success' and as usual congressis r going on ignoring the east..its also sad how north eastern citizens are treated by rest of the country..frequently called 'nepali' these ppl rather shud be better of independent like Bhutan then being further humiliated by the great 'Indian democracy'
