Sir: The Chinese are the most treacherous people i the world. The 1962 invasion has proved it many a times over. China has also been hobnobbing with Pakistan, a sworn enemy of India.
Manmohan Singh is either naive or os consciously Oblivious to the nefarious designs of the Chinese.
