As citizen of India, if not born in Arunachal, no one can purchase land ther and local girl if marries to person from other state, loses rightes too!!..this is our great democracy..same Uncommon Indian Civil Code in Kashmir has brought great 'success' and same is the result of injustice to the competent students and same is the reason for Gurjar problem in Rajasthan...and as usual congressis r going on ignoring the east..its also sad how north eastern citizens are treated by rest of the country..frequently called 'nepali' these north eastern 'Indians'are being further humiliated by the discriminating policies of CONGRESSIS and thnks to this we will have problem like kashmir..
