Sanjay dutt's case will be a real test for indian democracy.As the case will come up in SC for review,it remains to be seen whether immense sympathy wave and the 'influence ' of his MP sister will have any bearing on SC's judgement.
All those who feel that the sentence is too harsh should consider two points: if in place of celbrity had it been any other ordinary citizen, eqully good natured and help full as Dutt,would they feel the same way and think of those killed or diabled in the 93 serial blasts. we need to learn from contries like US and UK,where celbreties and political leaders are not above the law.
