When we are seeing morality in public life making records of stooping low, Mr. Kode's judgement came as a pleasant change. We can still say that all is not lost if people like him are still in our country. Any person who has imagination what courage it requires to pass a judgement against heart throb of the nation. He could have opted a easy way out by reducing the punishment to such an extent that the time spent in jail would have been sufficient. But he chose to be just. The term is neither too long nor to short. Its not about one Mr. Dutt but about all those who feel that the law is made for someone else and they are above it. I think every citizen of this country should appreciate the Judge for giving them hope. He is out true hero.
