The price for fame ! ! !

considering the fact that if Sanjay wasnt Sunjay, the famous film star and a celebrity,what would have been the outcome of this case and would the punishment had been the same.
Its the price he paid for being a popular film star and a person who simply acquired the guns for the security of his family and himself who had been under threat and had been recieving threatening calls post Mumbai blasts.
One fails to realise what was the intention of Sunjay? i guess nothing more than self defense but through illegal means and six years rigrious imprsionment is completely unjustified.
What happens to people who get caught with illegal wepons,for instance, at the time of Bombay riots,some prominent local politicains were caught with illegal wepons and were booked but were let off as they carried them for self defence,even the charges against them were droped by the govt when the party they belonged to came to power, on the other hand Mr.Dutt was chargesheeted as a Terrorist and a Bombay blast conspirator by the prosecutors, one fails to understand why?
Will anybody ask Mr.Nikam, on what grounds did he put him in that category?
Mr.Kode,it seems had been under pressure for being soft on Dutt because he was declared no terrorist and he wanted to set a example for people that no body is above law but in this judgement they law has been mis used.
Why a judge should be under pressure,just because he gave capital punishment to some of the main accused?
