India is the largest democratic country in the world and this is one of the right steps it took in the direction of giving a warning to the Indians that all terrorists will be treated the same way regardless of their status or values. Sanjay is a human after all. He did go against the rule and as everybody else (no deference). HE DESERVES A PANALITY AS ANY BODY WOULD DESERVE...
