We feel pity for Sanjay Dutt. Son of very respectable couple late Sunil Duttasab and great actress Nargisji, he has squandered his precious life with drugs and now with this jail term.
You may apeal and win in higher courts with army of lawyers, but you have lost image with Indian Masses.
