Agree Parrikar is good but he should not side with under-qualified thugs like Alemao & Monsarat. They will take advantage of Parrikars honesty & power and sell Goa for the international Mafia. In short we must support a political reform in Goa, and for this to happen we need to be under president rule for some time.
