Goa, perhaps may be the worse State as far as politics is concerned. It has repeated history of legislators being offered themselves for sale. Horse trading has become ramport after every election. It is high time a legislation to ammend our laws to make such activity of crossing floor by receiving money as criminal offence punishable with life term.
