Congress won the floor test and its BJP who is licking the floor as they have shouted foul play, because they couldn't get to rule Goa. Bad luck and maybe they will try to find another chance by giving money to the speaker to make him their side as they did with the 2 MGP members, one independent and lone congress lady (alluring her for ministerial berth).
