I agree and religious symbols should not be flaunted. Haneef went for dollars and got screwed but he has made a mistake... Why did he give his sim to a suspected person and how did he come to know before everybody that it is his relative who might have used his sim. Also it was Haneef who as per him had called his father and also an english police officer as soon as the blase news spread. By that time even the Australian police were not aware. So The Australian police and Government has correctly arrested and taken the preventive measures. After all they have to save their nation. I also fail to understand what makes us keep this symbol of beard in such a country when we know what problems one can face. But here again I think that most of us keep this to highlight ourselves as fanatics. Allah and Islam does not get angry if we dont keep the beard.
