there can be questions why not... When a person earns money with corruption, his hunger for money keeps on increasing. I do not see any case where a corrupt person has come in public and told that now i have taken enough money and now not any more :)
Arjun Singh is at a big post... and so he would think how can his daughter-in-law file a case against her...
