Ha Ha Ha Manmohan Ji Good Interpretations,, The reason for Double Share for Men and One Share for Women is for the following reasons
1) The condition is everyone must be married. Suppose if your dad has 6 acres of land and your father in law has 6 acres of land then your family will get 4 acres from your dad and 2 acres from your father in law... So totally your family will get the Promised 6 acres.. Even when there is Equal Partition as practised in Hindu law, you will get 3 acres from dad and 3 acres from father in law.. So the Total is 6 acres for your Family... So Islam gives more Property to a Man Bcoz he has more responsibilites ??? According to Islamic Law it is Mandatory for a Man to give Dowry to the Women, to prove that he is capable for Marriage.... But for a Girl there is No expense for Marriage, instead she recieves Money in Marriage....
