The countries you mentioned do not allow the any other religion to be followed there. You can not think even carrying a holy book of you religion in these counties not to speak of constucting a temple.If Islam says to be kind enough to the people of other religion, why it is so in these countries. In India muslim are around 15 %, but they are in top positions every where. We had so many presidents, vice presidents, ministers and even all top most loved heros in bollybood.While in Bangladesh Hindus are 11-12% but even you can not name a single Hindu there who is in top position now.
