In today's world, a full scale war between any two "sensible countries" will not happen. The situation in the world has changed a lot in the past 2 decades. All erstwhile enemies in Europe (and other parts of world) have become allies so much that they have common currencies too! It will be stupid to think about war with Pak or China. Our Armed forces are quite capable and the most important thing they have to maintain is being as technologically advanced as the advanced countries. Kalyan Ram you need to be think a little logical than writing all these stuffs.
