It is nearly impossible to comment on such a landmark deal without studying the final document. However, for any such agreement we must see the following to be kept in mind to hail it a super landmark deal: it must preserve the self respect of two great democratic countries. it should be transparent & meant to be fully implemented & not to hodwink public at large. Such an agreement is essential for the long term survival of not only these two countries but this planet itself. In the absence of such an agreement the two countries will leave such a large carbon footprint-because of their enormous energy need to be met from conventional fuel- that the world will simply be swamped under it. The two great nations owe it to the humanity to come up with a practical solution to be implimented as soon as possible.
