Yes when ever there are doubts governments should follow and investigate but what right Immigration authorities have to cancell the visa of Dr.Haneef before a judgment is pronounced by the court against Dr.Hannef. In fact it is other way round. Court has cleared Dr.Haneef and immigaration authorities has taken the law in their hand to extend the custody of Dr.Haneef.
