Islamic society shud learn from Austerlian system that ATLEAST the innocent was released by the court/law.
In saudi which is being considered as DARUL E ISLAM where Shariat is in practice there are diffent punishment if crime is committed by a muslim against other and same crime is commited by anon muslim againt a muslim.
Moreover the weitage of witness of a muslim/christian/woman/hindu are different and hindu have the lowest. What a great system of Islamic justice!
So muslim shud learn from democratic society where there are many check and balance and where every one is equal in the eye of law
