''Drop charges''
by Raj Bhardwaj on Jul 28, 2007 02:36 PM

This is a request to Mr Kumaraswamy and other politicians who are overjoyed by the "dropping of charges" against Haneef: please look at what has been happening under your own nose, vis-a-vis Kanchi Shankaracharya, against whom the Tamil Nadu government has filed a false murder case and several other false criminal cases. The murder case is being heard in Mr Kumaraswamy's own Karnataka now. Does Mr. Kumaraswamy not feel any concern? Similarly, Mr. Man Mohan singh, who spent sleepless nights worrying about the Indian Muslim doctors who were arrested in Britain, and about Haneef who was {wrongly?] arrested in Australia probably did not lose a wink of sleep in the case of the Shankaracharya.
