the technical issue was that they said in a court room that the sim was found at glasgow airport which was proven wrong when it was cleared by Scotland Yard ( SASSAY is intelligent them) that the sim was with Sabeel at Liverpool. This technical mistake was enough to prove him innocent which is true as per Australian court. If you are so honest and intelligent than why dont you refer to the Judge who said that even I will be failed in character test if these are the criteria.
