Neither truth nor innocence. Its only that Aussie govt. could not prove his connivance due to lack of evidence because they were so soft and professional! This guy should have been interrogated by the CIA secret services offshored in Egypt/Pakistan/Middle-east, then maybe "truth" would have been victorious.
