What ever we have we must first be self dependent on that resource rather to go for the other option of raw material that is Uranium-235. Thorium is available here in India (Although it not as efficient N-fuel as compared to U-235) even than we first have to be self dependent. Becoz finally we hav to enhance our dependency on N-Power plant than on Thermal P plant(70-75%)
