I am very mindful that it is a bilateral treaty, and not NPT, and point of discussion is 1954 USA atomic laws for the transfer of technology... We still have to go to NSG, where bad monkey china has a membership.. But what about the NPT, and what are you consequences if India tests weapons tomorrow... Nuclear weapons need constant testing, for our program is still under trial and error... It is not a complete program.. hell, Even President Bush has Ordered USA to produce small nuclear devices for minimum destruction. It was BJP which got the balls to explode nuclear bombs...
