Do you really expect that US will allow market to take over and act freely. It will push for termination clause and right for return clause in NSG. I also doubt if NSG will allow import of components for enrichment and reprocessing to build a safeguarded national facility.

With out those component we will end up exposing our technologies to other countries to freely steal and copy in the name of international safeguards regeime.

We will always have sword of sanctions hanging on our thread. IF you dont get complete waiver at NSG then we are screwed badly. I mean really really badly. And my gutt feeling says that we will not get complete waiver.

So in effect become NPT, CTBT and FMCT through backdoor which INDIA has resisted to sign all the time.

At the same time our economy and foreign polocy will be tied to interests of foreign powers for ever. This will be 21st century slavery.
