Ok, she was a dictator but at least not a terrorist, who undertook a brutal campaign of ethnic cleansing of Hindus in Punjan by massacring and driving out hundred thousand innocents. The riots happened because the Sikhs killed the dictator (according to you)and there was no one else to protect them
