It was the CONGRESS who started mobocracy. Mobocracy is a twist of democracy. Mobocracy encourages candidates who do NOT understand any ideology whatsoever. Their members, with a criminal bent of mind, only understand goondagiri and crisp notes. Now they are paying for it. Congrats to CONGRESS.
