change election systems

let us have presidential type election where the cm is directly elected.

also,the person who becomes cm or pm....cznt be cm or pm for more than 2 terms.

thus we will be able to acoid dynastic politics and also have more clear way to implement our policy.

and beat the pakis jihaids and china and become world super power.
