exactly u cant produce the evidence for such crimes..for example haneef may have very well know that his cousisn is into terrorosta ctivitie sbut still he wouild noty inform the police and neither he would stop them..this is also crime. for such crimes its difficult to produce evidence. Just because of the reason that he is an Indian that does not mean that we have to support him in any case. I strongly feel that Haneef had fair bit of idea abt his cousin's terrorist plots.
