Seriously, we can't root out terrorism in a few years, not even in 10 years. This war will continue for lot longer than that. If we are not prepared for this lengthy war on these nut cases, they will kill us first. As simple as that. If you don't get them, in the name of thier religion, they will kill you, your babies, your wives, your husbands and your parents.
Anybody who is thinking hugging and kissing these barbarians will solve the problem, you are either smoking something illegal or you are as crazy as these sickos. While it is true only a small percentage of Muslims are directly involved in terrorism, majority of the Muslims shamelessly support the Jihadi cause. If you don't believe, ask a Muslim what happens to a Hindu kafir when he dies? Ask a Muslim what the main responsibility of a Muslim is when it comes to dealing with Kafirs.
