what is with the addressing

You call the prime minister Dr. Singh and the president Pratibha...I agree we are moving towards development but that doesnt mean we leave our culture behind. Respect the elders, respect the leaders. Address as Mrs Patil, Mrs Gandhi. You are too small an author in front of them.
