Unhappy with Lady president

Mrs Pratibha Patil has been elected for the post of the President of India through Electoral College constituted by elected members of Parliament and state assemblies. She is good only because she is woman.

Most of the Ministers and voters in general who were interviewed by media person told that India is proud to have a woman president after 60 years of freedom. We are least bothered of qualities and abilities of the person

. We consider democracy as a tool to give opportunity to woman, sometimes to SC/ST person, sometimes to a Dalit candidate. If a handicapped is elected as President of India we will consider it as if the greatest strengthening step for democracy. Days are not far when a beggar will be elected and we will be proud to have a beggar as President only because none in the past gave an opportunity to a beggar to occupy highest post.

India is great and its leaders are unique creature of God who feels pride to give weightage to weak candidate and enjoy when a qualified person is discarded.

When Rabri Devi can be chief minister of a state and our leaders feel proud of it on the ground that a lady got an opportunity for such a prestigious post.

Our voters will also enjoy when person like Ram Vilas Paswan will be elected as Chief Minister of Bihar ,not because he possess any quality to serve the people but because he is considered as leader of Dalit.
