What do you mean by "all brahmins need all the top posts just because they made this evil caste system?" The brahmins have got what they deserved in terms of benefits purely by their merit! Obviously, you don't like merit as you must be either a BC/OBC/SC. And do you think that non-brahmins are not caste-conscious among themselves?? Actually, there is a very vast hierarchy of various castes WITHIN non-brahmins, ok? When you have so much of dirt on your back, why point fingers at brahmins alone?
