I was very surprised by some of the clauses in 123 agreement. More damaging one is Reprocessing of spent fuel in India by nuclear member states. If this clause is not understood or changed, before sighing India will become a Hazardous country rather than a Prosperous one...
Hope Indian politicians put some light on it before sighning the agreement.
