Have you noticed that whatever information is being given out some things are fixed:

1. Hyde act will not be changed.
2. India WILL have to follow hyde act.

Hyde act does not allow India to test any nuclear device (even if Pakistan carries out another test) No complete reprocessing right. if India reprocess the fuel then It will have to sell it to US.
3. India will have to sign Fissile material cutoff treaty

None from government is telling public what is happening.

Why is so secrecy is being maintained?
