How do u think if entire india votes, then good people could have reached President's office. It is the people who can spend or have back-up to create the money made propaaganda (or advertising themselves) in their favor to influence emotional public could have only got elected. I do not think academic like Kalam could have ever done & elected, if we public had the rights to vote for president.
