U R Right. But normally what happens in Uk, we are only provided with mobiles with min 12 month contract to get it cheaper. Now unfortunately this guy got placed in Australia 6 months back so presumabely to avoid revoking the contract and paying huge in lump sum he might have given it to somone else. They understand it usually happens, but making it foundation of a case is just stupidity. They were just barking at a rong tree nothing else.
