Sir:
The visit of the C M to meet Thackeray was (I AM 100 % SURE)was an instructio n from Mrs. Sonia Gandhi. So why blame Vilsarao for the visit and the flowers?

All of us know that all congresspersons including Sardar Manmohan Singh cannot act imdependently
