is there a working thorium reactor ? in that case the deal with america or NPT need not be signed. the so called thorium reactor will be produced after 30 years (which wont work just like arjun tank or tejas fighter) and by that time ther wont be any energy for power.
the very few projects that work - brahmos & isaro rockets are done with close russian collaboration.
so konw the limitations of the local science establishment (the best scientist from india are in america), thats imperative.
