how narrow minded we are when we take and give bribes, break rules and not follow the guidelines. we mix more sand than cement, we put 5 pillars instead of six, we make 25 storeys instead of 20, we pack 12 renters in a room made for the family of four, we trick one and all.
we think we are smart.. and then one day finally the rubber hits the road.. and no rule of law matters, no trickery matters, no bribe or the money in ur bank account matters, what matters are the laws of physics... and all this while as we were ignoring that in the name of fast money.
it startles our conscience only when the mishap occurs.
