Might I add, Haneef should face a fair trial under the old laws that would be more than sufficient to pull any terrorist. The issue here is that a fair trial has been sabotaged and unnecessary freedoms sacrificed, namely by revoking Mr Haneefs visa on character grounds, which is using a law in a manner that is completely innapropriate given his pending criminal cry, and the lawyers will vouch for that.
