Dear Manju, Isn't that the responsibility of UPA govt to stop the exploitation of poor by these agents and help those suffering in middle east to return to India. Victims of terrorist voilence in Mumbai train blast have not received any succor till date, even after a year. In such a scenario the PM's hurry in expressing his sympathies with Hanif's and his cousin's families the very next day of arrest of Hanif, while the Australian authorities were still investigating into his culpability, exposes the bias and highlights the current government's appeasement policies. This can be justified, unless Manmohan presumes that he is the PM of just the Muslim population of India and his government is only reponsible for them.
