As per the internation criminal law, every suspect should be treated as innocent until he is found guilty. Clearly neither Australia nor UK seem to be bothered to cinsider it once and published the nationality and personal details all over the world. What if he is really innocent, but no body would know, as the news had already taken a back page on the popular news channel like BBC UK.
