It will be too early to say that, Dr Haneef is gonna deported to India in very near date or some, because, the Australian Authorities mentioned it very clear that-QUOTE-"The Australian government has said that Indian doctor Mohammed Haneef, charged with supporting a terrorist organisation, will be deported from the country after legal proceedings are over and if there is no new development in the case".-UNQUOTE.(Report came on Jul 17 2007, 10:57 IST, in this Forum with the Heading "Haneef will be deported, says Australia" and reporterted by Natasha Chaku in Melbourne)
So we never know, if there is any other turn or twist in this Act of Terrorrism there, and that can be clear only after the conclusion of all the legal process. And The Federal Police of Australia and Briton, hu presently dealing with the case, will check into all corners of the issue very tharoughly, and still, if they feel this Dr Haneef is having a clean hand in all means, then only they gonna deport him, it can be happening in days, months or it can take years too. As no suspects of terrorrism will never let free that easy, and that is the right way to tackle/deal with the Terrorist/Terrorism, notwithstanding the Nationality/religeon/culture he/she blongs.
