Police Are Cabable of Any Crime ....
by Indur Chhugani on Jul 14, 2007 10:12 PM

In India, the police does not take the right of individuals seriously, they flout all laws, confident that the victim will find it very difficult to initiate action against them.

Believe it or not the police extract haftas from shoeshine boys, your neighbourhood corner mochi and even from small girls selling flowers to you at the signals ... most of these poor people barely earn enough for just one meal a day.

Find out from your vegetable vendor, how much hafta the police extracts out of him. Also find out from your roadside Panipuriwala, Vada Pav vendor or Masala Dosa joint. More than 50% of the earnings of these poor hardworking people are extracted by the police.

The rogues then spend it on drinks, gambling and owning dance bars. After drinks they decide to rape educated people.

To these rogues, going to bed free with sex workers, does not offer the same excitement as raping an educated woman.

Why does this happen ? Because we the middle class, the upper middle class and the rich are reluctant to do anything about it. We feel it is not our problem, it is only that of the poor. Why get involved. This is the attitude of ours (me included) that has created the present situation.

The middle class gets raped and I who considers himself to be atleast upper middle class gets arrested and sent to jail for 5 days on the orders of a fraudster, who paid them, for this illegal action.
