Honourable deal only
by dull roots on Jul 15, 2007 03:52 AM

Any shadow falling on India's sovereign laws is not negotiable. Indian laws, as Nehru had envisaged, are meant to last thousands of years and ought to be treated as inviolable.

It is all the more necessary to exercise patience until the realities of India are properly fathomed by the US negotiators and they concur for a honourable deal.
